Returns & exchanges
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website of Panamericanparts.sr, the store of Panamericanparts.sr and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy (collectively, the “Site”). All Panamericanparts.sr purchases may only be returned to the store. Please contact our store for any store-specific return policy information.
In-store & online purchase returns
Exchanges are allowed within 14 work days from the date of purchase. All returns must have the original receipt.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached with the original receipt and in it its original packaging.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged, defective or wrong item(s)
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) may be returned to the Panamericanparts.sr store for an exchange. The amount to be exchanged will include the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s).
